Pondview is a residential neighborhood in Framingham, Massachusetts. It was settled as part of the town’s development by Thomas Burns who bought up land from farmers and planted apple orchards on it.

As suburbanization moved into New England in the later decades of the 20th century, Pondview has seen new construction and more people moving there for its proximity to Route 29 and I-95, including many immigrant families seeking affordable housing options.
