The Largo Florida community is located on Pinellas County’s eastern coast and is one of the fastest growing cities in the area. Largo was the second largest town in Pinellas county, Florida, and the tenth largest in the Tampa area. As of the 2020 census, the city had an estimated population of 75,735, up from 66,711 in 2020. Largo was chosen as the winner of the largest real estate development project in Pinellas and Hillsborough counties by the International House, Inc. which has been awarded the contract to manage the project for the next fifteen years. The community will also feature the Largo Community Center, Largo College, the Largo Central Library, Largo Mall, and a Largo Water Park, among others. There are also many entertainment venues including the Largo Bowl and the Largo Grand Casino Hotel.
Largo is about seven miles north of downtown St Petersburg and is home to a number of attractions, as well. There are over thirty beaches and a large number of public parks. There is also a small amount of undeveloped land that is zoned for future development. There are also many small townships within the Largo area that are home to more than ten thousand residents. This area is one of the most rapidly developing in Florida. Largo Florida is on the National Register of Historic Places and is ranked in the Top Ten of all counties with the highest density of historic buildings.

The city is located near a number of major highways and there is an expressway system that runs through Largo, offering convenient access to all of the major areas within the city.
