What We’re Looking For
We are seeking experienced auto glass technicians who are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence. To join our team, you must meet the following requirements:
– Possess your own tools and supply adhesive for installations.
– Have good communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
– Be available for scheduled appointments, which may be in the morning or afternoon.
– Be responsive to emails and text messages regarding job assignments.
– Take pride in your work and consistently deliver outstanding results.
How It Works
Here’s how our team operates:
- We schedule appointments for you, usually for the following day.
- You’ll receive a work order via email.
- We’ll also send you a text message to alert you about the job.
- We handle the ordering and payment for the necessary glass, which will be delivered to your location.
- On the scheduled day of service, you’ll travel to the customer’s location and complete the glass installation.
- Take several before and after pictures to document your work.
- Once the job is complete, text us the photos.
- We’ll ensure your compensation is sent to your Zelle account by the close of business, as per our agreement.
